Nancy Urias
Co-Owner
Nancy is an Austinite, born and raised. For as long as she can remember Nancy has had an affinity for tranforming all things beautiful. She began her career in hair 14 years ago while living in Monterrey, Mexico at Joss Claude & Bellver, a prominent company in Latin America. She later attended Cosmetology School here in Austin, and worked at Top Salons while perfecting her craft. Nancy has had extensive education in cutting, with advanced workshops under Anh Co Tran, an expert at keratin smoothing treatments, Certified in Extension methods such as Invisible Bead Extensions, NBR and Bellami and also trained by Loreal Professionel and Masters of Balayage to create ultimate lived-in-color. Nancy enjoys all aspects of being a hairstylist and is always eager to learn the latest and greatest trends. She truly believes that your hair is your biggest accessory and is confident that she can help her guests achieve their best image. Nancy is currently accepting new extension and color guests!
On her days off you will find Nancy spending time with her family enjoying the best of Austin’s food & music scene.

Victoria Korman
Co-Owner
Victoria began her career in the beauty industry in 2010 when she started doing freelance hair and makeup for weddings & special events.
It wasn't until 2014 that Victoria discovered a new passion that gave her a whole new excitement for the beauty world, she started doing hair extensions. In 2018 she was certified in hand tied extension methods NBR (Natural Beaded Rows) and IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions). She loves helping guests enjoy longer, fuller hair through natural looking, high quality hair extensions and believes in making shifts that can create major change for your hair and your life.
Victoria has an extensive beauty education background and continues to open doors to new forms of technique and education every year in the hair industry, mentoring other stylists in skills, business and technology. She thrives on making the guest experience one to remember every time. Victoria is currently accepting new extension guests!

Gabbie is an Austin native and third generation hairstylist. She has been trained under color & extension specialist Victoria Korman, where she has learned to create the most custom, comfortable and natural looking hair extensions. She loves helping guests feel their absolute best and confident in maintaining their day to day styles!

Jessica Martinez

Jessica is a talented hair artist with 10 years of experience and a passion for creating stunning styles. Graduating from the Aveda Cosmetology Institute in 2014 in Austin, Texas, she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of hair styling techniques.
She began her career in a high-end spa, where she specialized in styling, lived-in color, and precision haircuts, delighting clients with her expertise. In 2019, Jessica transitioned into education, becoming a Cosmetology educator at the Aveda Institute. However, she soon realized her true passion lay in the personal connection with clients, prompting her return to the salon environment.
Today, Jessica continues to bring her creative flair and dedication to her work, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.

Despite her bustling New York life, Klare returns to Austin regularly to reconnect with her Texan roots and serve her beloved guests. Her Austin visits bring a touch of NYC flair and expertise to her loyal clients, bridging the gap between these two vibrant cities.

Forming her career in the editorial world, JoJo has a passion for making sure every client leaves her chair looking like a knockout. While in cosmetology school, she was scouted by elite stylists in Austin who offered her educational opportunities on color, cuts, and certified in micro weft and tape-in extensions. Her goal behind the chair is to offer extensive knowledge on at-home care, treatments, and setting goals and creating plans to help her clients reach their dream hair.
JoJo’s extensive knowledge of color has allowed her to specialize in all hair types, including color correction and transformational hair. On her off days, she loves to be active, stay updated on new trends, and create innovative content.

Daniel Kim
Master Stylist/Educator
Daniel is a hairstylist with a decade of experience in the industry. He started his journey as a hairstylist at the young age of 17 and has since then had the opportunity to work with some of the top names in the industry.
In addition to his work as a stylist, Daniel also had the privilege of working with L'Oreal, where he gained valuable knowledge and skills. He has also served as the lead educator for Curated Cutting, a hair cutting academy, for the past four years.
Daniel constantly seeks new ways to expand his knowledge and improve his craft, and he is dedicated to providing his clients with the best possible service and experience.

Cancellation Policy
At Rêve, we take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, we require financial stability, and enforcing our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability.
To confirm your appointment, we require a retainer fee of 50% which will be applied to your service. In order to reserve time with an extension stylist at Rêve, a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will be obtained. Once the funds are collected, and you choose to cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your retainer as a CANCELLATION FEE. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:
Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service.
To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
In the rare instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service.
It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result.
We believe in making heads turn and hearts skip a beat with fabulous hair. We're here to make you feel like a million bucks, because let's face it, you deserve nothing less!
REVISIONS: Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we're pretty darn close. We pour our heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered!
While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, we missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Yep, you heard that right! Just give us a shout before the two-week mark after your appointment, and we'll make it right.
Now, let's talk about the fine print. We're counting on you to follow the care instructions we provide you with. Think of them as your secret recipe for maintaining that gorgeous mane. Remember, fabulous hair requires a little TLC from time to time. So, promise us you'll treat your locks like royalty, and we'll keep them looking majestic!
Oh, and did we mention that we love feedback? Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we're always looking to up our game. So, if you have any suggestions, thoughts, or even a funny hair meme to share, we're all ears! We want your experience at Rêve to be nothing short of extraordinary.

No Call No Show Policy
We recognize that life is unpredictable, and we fully understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain a seamless experience for all involved, We kindly request that you inform us with the greatest possible advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Wedeeply value the time of each of our clients and seek mutual respect regarding time commitments. To this end, we've instituted a comprehensive "No Call No Show" policy. This is to ensure that our calendar operates efficiently, allowing other clients the opportunity to secure appointments.
A "No Call No Show" incident is defined as the absence of a client from their scheduled appointment without prior notification.
In the event of a policy breach, the following measures will be enacted:
The client will be prohibited from making future appointments and will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the service fee in order to rebook.
We are acutely aware that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. Should you find yourself in such a situation, we implore you to reach out at your earliest convenience to notify us of any adjustments to your appointment. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated and help in fostering a respectful and professional environment.
